How it works

Pick a preset map: Zendesk to Freshdesk, Zendesk to Intercom, or Freshdesk to Zendesk.
Values are transformed too: status and priority vocabularies are translated, dates are reformatted from any common export format, and tags are re-joined with your separator.
Preview the first rows in the target format before you export anything.
A row validation report flags missing required fields, bad emails and bad dates before the target platform rejects the file.
Export the import-ready CSV plus a mapping JSON you can reuse on the next migration.
