How it works

Paste date, created, resolved rows, or a raw ticket export that is aggregated into daily counts for you.
Two projections: a linear trend and a 7-day average net change.
Plain callouts: the date the backlog clears, or the date it doubles, on the current trend.
Agents-needed solver turns a target clear date and a tickets-per-agent-per-day figure into a headcount.
Export the projection as CSV and the chart as a PNG for the headcount conversation.
