How it works
- Map your CSV columns once: vendor, invoice number, date, amount and currency. Headers are auto-detected.
- Exact-duplicate groups match on normalised vendor, invoice number, amount, date and currency.
- Near-duplicate scoring catches reformatted numbers (INV-1001 vs INV1001), vendor name variants, amounts within tolerance and dates inside your window.
- Review suspect pairs side by side with the match reason for each pair.
- Export a suspects CSV for your AP review. All of it runs locally, because a finance file should never be uploaded to a random server.
